Publishing in Kvasny prumysl is free of charge. Article submission charge or article processing charge is not required.
Original papers are accepted in English.
(Authors writing in Czech or Slovak are encouraged to send a Czech or Slovak version of revised manuscript or detailed article summary to Editor-in-Chief for publication in a printed version of Kvasný průmysl, which is distributed to a professional community, mostly to Czech and Slovak breweries. Authors can also contact Editor-in-Chief with proposals of another relevant, interesting content for this printed journal.)
Before submitting your paper
Please make sure you adhere to the Manuscript Preparation Guidelines and Publication Ethics Principles.
Please check your text for correct scientific English to eliminate possible grammatical and/or spelling errors. Standard proof is part of the post-review process.
Author can submit manuscript after registering through the journal’s online submission system.
As part of the submission process, authors are requested to verify their submission's compliance with all items on Submission Preparation Checklist.
Authors shall complete veritable metadata (all authors, their names and affiliations, article title, abstract and keywords.
Authors upload manuscript in PDF as „Article text“.
Authors can suggest the names and institutional e-mail addresses of several potential reviewers. The suggested reviewers should be independent, should have the appropriate expertise in the paper´s topic and must not have the same affiliation as the author(s). The editors keep the right to decide whether or not the proposed reviewers are used.
After acceptance authors must submit source files of final accepted manuscript (text in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format, figures, graphs) as Source file (separately or in ZIP format).
Authors can ask Editor-in-Chief for Certificate of Acceptance.
Authors get a proofreading version of the article and are asked for approval to publish.
As the journal is fully open access, all content is freely available to the users after publication. The papers are published under the Creative Commons CC-BY license.
